Whether you’re a dancer looking to level up your performance or simply want to get fit and toned like a pro, this class is for you. We’ll guide you through a fun and dynamic mix of aerobic and anaerobic exercises, strength training, stretching, plyometrics. and more. Build endurance, improve flexibility, and develop the core strength dancers are known for—all while having a blast!

Cancellation Policy
•All chargeable classes or courses, must be paid for at the time of booking. Transfers & refunds will only apply if at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is given and at company discretion. • Please check in at reception prior to class even if you booked online. If you arrive after the scheduled start time of a class, the instructor reserves the right to deny entry if deemed unsafe
